Believe it or not, I took this one using my sweet little Pentax A30 point and shoot digital camera. Perfectly clear and crispy night for it. Hope you were able to look out your window during commercials for American Idol and check it out last night...

Jim, I saw the moon as well last night, had to go thru the process of what an eclipse is all about with my 5 kids. It was a great night to see... but just a little slow to grow to the point that your picture detailed. Kids today want everything fast, they don't want to let it develope, Jim talk to you soon.
